hello every one I will be gone for a week starting Sunday [going to work] This morning Daddy and I replowed the garden going the other direction so the rain couldsoak in....I hope to do better in the garden next year....Lois and Ihave been busy peeling abnd chopping and canning pears Oh my back and my poor stained fingers.......oh well they will return to normal when Igo back to work .. [wash dishes by hand there} we have 23 qts sitting on the taable....I wish I had a place to put them. I am getting sleepy so nitie That wont erace, erase so good night......

I know what you mean by the stained fingers. Mine look pretty bad, but...I still have about a 1/2 bushel more of pears sitting on the front porch. So...more to do.
